Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie

1/4 cantaloupe
1 banana

2 ways to make this Smoothie

Alternative 1: First juice your cantaloupe. Then take the juice and put it in your blender, add banana and then blend until smooth.

Alternative 2: Put the cantaloupe and the banana in your blender. Blend until smooth (add a tiny bit of water if needed to facilitate blending). Then add a bit of ice and blend until really smooth. This will give you a thicker chilled smoothie — Enjoy!!

This smoothie is packed with potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C.
