Grape Blueberry Lemon Ginger Anti Aging Juicing Recipe

1 cup grapes (remove seeds and stems - wash thoroughly)
1/2 cup blueberries (or blackberries)
1/4 lemon (washed and be sure to peel if not organic)
1/2 inch piece of ginger root

Process the grapes, berries, lemon and ginger through your juicer. Pour the juice into a glass, stir well and drink.

The phytonutrients (great antioxidants) are plentiful in dark purple grapes and berries. The nutrients help stabilize the collagen in your skin and help you to keep your skin elasticity which helps you look younger and more vibrant.
