Kiwi Apple Pineapple Ginger Juicing Recipe
2 kiwi fruits (if organic just wash and cut up kiwis, if not organic wash well and peel the kiwis)
1 apple
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 inch ginger root
Juice all ingredients and pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
This juice assists in weight loss.
Kiwi is a great source of vitamin C and potassium.
Pineapple also has vitamin C and potassium. Studies have shown that pineapple helps with indigestion, promotes healing and helps build your bones.
