Pineapple Ginger Flaxseed Anti-Inflammation Juicer Recipe
1 pineapple (remove the skin and cut in pieces)
2 inches ginger root (if you find the ginger too strong reduce it to 1 inch ginger root)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Put the ginger root and pineapple through your juicer and pour into a glass. Then add the flaxseed oil and stir well or shake in a closed container.
