Watermelon Strawberry Raspberry Fresh Juicing Recipe (with smoothie variations)
2 cups watermelon
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (optional - as recommended by Dr Oz for daily fiber and colon health)
Juice the watermelon, strawberries and raspberries. Pour the juice into a chilled glass and enjoy.
Variation #1: If you want to make a thicker shake-like drink. You can easily make this recipe in a blender and make a delicious watermelon berry smoothie. This will give you a more filling drink as you will get more fiber.
Variation #2: If you want to make this into a raw green smoothie, simple add a HUGE handful of spinach leaves or 4-5 kale leaves to variation #1 above and you will have yourself a delicious and even more nutritious tasty yummy green smoothie. Have fun and enjoy!
